Universal Base with clamps that allows placing Fly Banners on multiple tubular supports, such as: lampposts, traffic sign posts, parking lot metal columns, or railings. This base ensures a safe and stable fixation and adverse weather conditions. It only requires a tubular support where the clamps can be adjusted. Installation is simple, and the use of a screwdriver is recommended for proper fastening.
