DISTRIBUTOR REGISTRATION	The information you provide during the registration process will be used to manage registered Users. This allows you to access your profile, check your orders, and make purchases without having to re-enter your personal details (name, surname, email, phone number, and ID, if applicable) and delivery address.
ONLINE PURCHASE	The information collected during the online purchase process will be used to process, ship, and invoice the products purchased through the website, as well as to provide customer service after the purchase.
CONTACT SECTION	The personal data you provide through the different contact channels will only be used to respond to your enquiry or request.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected by DPLY is grounded in different legal provisions, depending on the context in which the data is collected and processed:

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION / ONLINE PURCHASE	With regard to the personal data collected during the online purchase process, as well as within the framework of the relationship established between DPLY and the registered User, the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contractual relationship between the parties, as provided for in Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.
CONTACT SECTION	The legal basis for processing the data is the explicit consent given when completing the form or submitting your request or enquiry through the different contact channels we provide. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS	For registered users/distributors, the legal basis for processing data in order to send marketing communications is DPLY’s legitimate interest in providing commercial information related to products/services that were initially contracted, as recognised in Article 21.2 of the Spanish Law on Information Society Services (LSSICE). However, if you do not wish to receive such communications, you may let us know by sending an email to hola@displaypublicitario.com. In addition, every marketing communication we send will include a simple, quick, and free procedure to unsubscribe.

If you make a purchase, your identification and contact data will be processed by the shipping company to manage the delivery of your order.

Payments made with a credit or debit card on DPLY mean that your card information will be processed directly by the financial institution or the relevant payment platform. DPLY does not have access to banking details (for example, your credit card number) provided by the Customer. Payment with a credit or debit card on DPLY ensures that your card information is transmitted directly to the payment provider.

We also inform you that no international data transfers are expected.

The retention period for information will vary depending on the type of processing:

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION	Information will be retained indefinitely unless the user requests account deletion. In such cases, the data will be properly blocked for the duration of the statute of limitations for legal claims, after which the data will be permanently deleted.
ONLINE PURCHASE	Information will be retained for the time necessary to manage the delivery of purchased products and to provide after-sales service, in accordance with the statute of limitations for legal claims. Afterwards, the data will be permanently deleted.
CONTACT SECTION	Information will be processed for the time necessary to respond to the User’s enquiry or request. Once the legally required retention period has passed, the data will be deleted.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS	Information about recipients of marketing communications will be retained indefinitely unless the User unsubscribes from future communications. In such cases, the data will be removed and added to our Robinson List to ensure no further commercial communications are sent.

DPLY has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the potential risks. All information provided by the User must be truthful and accurate. For this purpose, the User must ensure the authenticity of all data submitted when completing the relevant forms. To register and/or complete any form, the User must provide all mandatory data requested in the forms, ensuring that the information provided is correct and reflects reality. Any changes to your data must be notified to DPLY as soon as possible. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to DPLY or third parties as a result of the information provided.

DPLY reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or judicial developments, as well as industry practices. In such cases, DPLY will announce the changes on this page with reasonable notice prior to their implementation.

FACEBOOK

We also use marketing tools available through Facebook and provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. These tools help direct advertising on Facebook. Activities in this area are carried out based on legitimate interests in the marketing of our own products or services. To deliver personalized ads according to the behavior of users visiting the website www.displaypublicitario.com, a Facebook Pixel has been implemented on the website, which automatically collects information about website usage.

Information collected in this way is generally transmitted to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. The information collected via the Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it does not allow the identification of the User. The administrator only receives information about the actions the user performed on their page.
